Antique Shabby Chic Dresser Makeover
This amazing antique shabby chic dresser makeover was done by Faye from Farm Life Best Life with Cobblestone All-in-One Decor Paint, and a mix of Clear Wax and Antiquing Wax!Here's what this amazing tiger oak dresser looked like before the transformation:
Although she was beautiful on her own, the scratches and dings made her perfect for a makeover by Faye.
To start with, she stripped the original stain off the mirror frame and dresser top. The rest of the dresser simply got a good cleaning and a scuff sanding.
Next, Faye painted the bulk of the dresser in Cobblestone All-in-One Decor Paint.
Next, Faye re-stained the dresser top and mirror frame.
Last but not least, Faye added the perfect finishing touch with a combination of Clear Wax and Antiquing Wax.
They not only seal and protect the finish, but the Antiquing Wax adds dept and age to the finish.
