Antique Sideboard
This lovely, antique sideboard was restored by Faye from Farm Life Best Life with Vanilla Frosting and Smoky Quartz furniture glaze!
Isn't this antique sideboard stunning?
Although she was beautiful to begin with, her watermarks and scratches made her the ideal candidate for a Faye-style makeover.
To begin with, Faye gave the entire piece a good cleaning with a mix of water and vinegar. This is her go-to method for almost every furniture makeover she takes on!
Next, she gave the body a light scuff sanding to remove the shine on the veneer.
She gave the entire body and backboard a couple of coats of Vanilla Frosting, and re-stained the top.
Finally, to help accentuate the details, Faye wiped on some Smoky Quartz glaze.
