  If you've got a simple piece of furniture that needs a little more added intrigue, Texture Powder might be just what you need! By mixing Texture Powder with Country Chic Paint in a 1:1 ratio, you can create thick, textured paint in any color. Textured paint can be applied over a stencil to create an incredible, embossed effect. That's exactly what Natalie did with this dresser. Natalie {A Ray of Sunlight}

Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am the owner and creative mind behind A Ray of Sunlight. I have always loved anything to do with crafts, so it only seemed right when I started my career in painting and refinishing furniture. Growing up my parents taught me how to create, imagine the possibilities and transform things with a bit of work and paint. I wanted a career that would enable me stay home with my baby girl, and furniture does just that. Thank you for following along on my adventures of up-cycling and bringing light back to old outdated pieces.
