Erin is an academically trained graphic designer and has worked with large and small businesses across Canada and the United States. After studying graphic design, art, and writing at Vancouver Island University, she attended the Digital Communications program at Camosun College. After graduating, Erin embarked on the entrepreneurial journey of launching a freelance graphic design business, before settling down as Country Chic Paint's lead graphic designer and content coordinator. Erin continues her studies part-time as an anthropologist to develop a deeper understanding of humanity, allowing her to create designs that connect with people on a deeper level.
She specializes in logo design and branding for small businesses and entrepreneurs. By studying trends from a variety of design industries (graphic design, textile design, interior design), she's able to study trend forecasts, popular styles, and the psychology behind it all.

First, you’ll receive a questionnaire so Erin can learn as much about your business as possible. The questionnaire will have 20 questions and though some may seem odd, it will help Erin visualize all aspects of your business identity.
After Erin reviews the questionnaire, she will give you a call or correspond through email with any questions that may arise.
Erin will then begin brainstorming and sketching out ideas on paper. After drawing hundreds of ideas, she will digitize three versions to present to you. This is called the first draft of logos, which will be sent to you through email. At this point, you may see a logo draft that you absolutely love and Erin will complete that version. If, however, there are changes you’d like to see, let Erin know and she will start on those within 2-3 business days. Three logo revisions are included in this branding package.
Once a final design is decided upon, Erin will begin the finalizing stage. She will prepare your files and ensure they are perfect, right down to the smallest pixel and millimeter. Upon completion, Erin will send you a folder through Dropbox* where you can download and access all of your files.
You can begin using them immediately!
*Dropbox is an online sharing website that is free for you to use and download images from. If Dropbox doesn’t work, Erin could also send you a .zip folder containing your files.
You have a maximum of three revisions on your logo, though you may find that you will not need to use them all.
You have a maximum of two business card design revisions.
Each revision will take an estimated 2-3 business days. If you are in a rush to receive your designs, please leave an appropriate amount of time for revisions.
Upon completion, you will receive design files of your logo(s) and your business card design. Any changes after the project has been completed are not permitted. You will have the design file so you can make any alterations in the future if you wish.
