What you'll receive:

Upon completion, you'll receive the following:
  • A professionally designed logo in vector* format
  • Logo files for web (.jpg, .png)
  • Logo files for print (.pdf)
  • Variations of your completed logo (symbol, typographic)
  • 1 social media graphic (can be used as a profile picture)
  • Brand reference sheet
  • Business card design (print file & design file)

*a file that uses mathematical equations and can be scaled to any size without loss of quality.

How it works:

First, you’ll receive a questionnaire so Erin can learn as much about your business as possible. The questionnaire will have 20 questions and though some may seem odd, it will help Erin visualize all aspects of your business identity.

After Erin reviews the questionnaire, she will give you a call or correspond through email with any questions that may arise.

Erin will then begin brainstorming and sketching out ideas on paper. After drawing hundreds of ideas, she will digitize three versions to present to you. This is called the first draft of logos, which will be sent to you through email. At this point, you may see a logo draft that you absolutely love and Erin will complete that version. If, however, there are changes you’d like to see, let Erin know and she will start on those within 2-3 business days. Three logo revisions are included in this branding package.

Once a final design is decided upon, Erin will begin the finalizing stage. She will prepare your files and ensure they are perfect, right down to the smallest pixel and millimeter. Upon completion, Erin will send you a folder through Dropbox* where you can download and access all of your files.

You can begin using them immediately!

*Dropbox is an online sharing website that is free for you to use and download images from. If Dropbox doesn’t work, Erin could also send you a .zip folder containing your files.

Terms & Conditions:

You have a maximum of three revisions on your logo, though you may find that you will not need to use them all.

You have a maximum of two business card design revisions.

Each revision will take an estimated 2-3 business days. If you are in a rush to receive your designs, please leave an appropriate amount of time for revisions.

Upon completion, you will receive design files of your logo(s) and your business card design. Any changes after the project has been completed are not permitted. You will have the design file so you can make any alterations in the future if you wish.

Some tips for choosing a design:

  • Remember that a logo does not need to show exactly what your business does. It is, however, an identifying mark so it needs to be unique and memorable.
  • Simplicity is key. This does not mean that it goes without careful thought. A logo is usually your consumer’s first glimpse into your business, so you’ll want it to be simple and professional.
  • Sleep on it. If you’re having trouble deciding between two designs, just take an evening to sleep on it! Coming back to the design in the morning feeling refreshed will usually allow you to see more clearly.
  • Color psychology is a very important part of brand identity. Don’t worry -- your graphic designer will be able to consult with you regarding this and find the perfect color palette for your brand. Just keep in mind that not all businesses should use every color.
