Mary from Orphans With MakeUp spiced up her fall decor with these sweet little pumpkins in Simplicity, Vanilla Frosting and Cheesecake with Antiquing Wax accents.
HAPPY FALL!

What better way to usher in the Fall season then to paint some pumpkins! I don’t go all out seasonal decorating, but I always love to have a display of small pumpkins in a tray. Orange just does not fit in my color scheme so I decided to neutralize them with paint.



I purchased 10 Jack-Be-Little pumpkins.



I wanted to paint them in varying shades of white to emphasize the ridges and texture of the pumpkins.



I painted the pumpkins in Simplicity, Vanilla Frosting and Cheesecake.



Some Antiquing Wax was was brushed on, and which brought out all the rich texture and ridges of the pumpkins. I think this makes them look a little more realistic.
