It was the first time I used a painting sponge. I was very happy with the finish result as opposed to using a paint brush.
I thoroughly enjoyed this product for applying clear coat on my painted wood furniture. The overall texture was smooth and the sponge allowed me to get into tight spaces and rounded egdes with ease! Will definitely be utilizing this product again in the future for refinishing projects!

We love the Country Chic paint! We purchased a Christmas surprise box and in it was a sponge. We us them now for our application of topcoat. We have mainly done dark colours, however noticed small pieces of the dark sponge were coming off when we did a white piece. I questioned the longevity of the sponge as it had only been used for two projects. Country Chic was very quick to respond and replaced the two sponges in question. In the same mystery box, we received one of the Country Chic brushes, and we love it too! The licorice is out go too for black chalk paint!
I just got this sponge 2 days ago and I had to try it. I got it to use it for top coats but I tried painting with it. So easy and smooth to paint with it.They are bigger than I expected which is great.This sponge is a must to have!
